Summer Session

Over 1,700 courses available in-person and online. Current students enrolled in UMD, other institutions, or high school, as well as, international students, professionals, and life-long learners are welcome to make their summer count!

Terp Young Scholars

Get ready for college—while you're in high school! Academically talented high school students earn three college credits, pursue academic interests, discover career opportunities, and learn about university life.

Freshmen Connection

Kick your college education into high gear! Freshmen who accept spring admission to UMD can enroll in the next fall semester extension program, and earn up to 17 credits toward their undergraduate degree.

Winter Session

Catch up or get ahead with more than 350 courses available in-person and online, it's easy to earn credits, regardless of your schedule. Courses are open to current UMD students, students attending other institutions, professionals, and more.
