The Art of Color: A Left and Right Brain Experience

This course is about understanding color theory and experiencing color by looking at Old and Modern Masters paintings. Students practice color in a series of exercises based on Dr. Betty Edward’s text, Color, a Course in Mastering the Art of Mixing Color. Students will develop a familiarity and appreciation of the ways artists have used color over time. No prior drawing or painting experience is necessary.
