Pass-Fail Option

Summer & Winter Terms

Visiting students interested in registering for a course using the pass-fail option should contact their advisor from their home institution. Many institutions will not accept transfer courses if the courses were completed on a pass-fail basis.

Freshmen Connection

The pass-fail option is not available for Freshmen Connection. To register for a course under the pass-fail option, a student must have completed 30 or more credit hours with a GPA of at least 2.0.

Science in the Evening

The pass-fail option is available; however, students are encouraged to contact the program’s academic director. Click here

Graduate Programs

Graduate students may not use the pass-fail option when registering for courses numbered 400 and above.
