On-Line/Off-Site Student Services Fee:

  • 2016-17: $92.00

The on-line/off-site fee is assessed each term of registration and applies to programs that are offered online, blended, or not held at the University of Maryland College Park campus. This fee supports campus-wide technology services, online library services, student registration services, and disability support services. The fee is refunded in accordance with the refund schedule upon cancellation or withdrawal.

Late Registration Fee: $20.00. Charged to any student who registers for their first class on or after the first day of the semester/term.

Record Adjustment Fee: $100.00. For all adjustments to your student record that are received after the end of a specific term or semester in which you are registered. This includes all requests for registration and/or withdrawal.

Please note: Notwithstanding any other provision of this or any other University publication, the University reserves the right to make changes in tuition, fees, and other charges at any time such changes are deemed necessary by the University and the University System of Maryland Board of Regents. Although changes in tuition, fees, and charges ordinarily will be announced in advance, the University reserves the right to make such changes without prior announcement.

Gainful Employment

The U.S. Department of Education requires colleges and universities to disclose certain information for any Title IV eligible program that "prepares students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation."
