Plan of Study

The GC-Leadership in Diverse Organizations is a 12-credit (four 3-credit courses) graduate program designed to be completed in 12 months of continuous enrollment as outlined in the plan of study, below.  Students should use the guide below to develop a plan with the program director. 

The program uses the semester academic calendar:  fall and spring semester (16 weeks each) and Summer Session (two 6-week sessions). See Approved Semester Calendars for a specific academic year start and end dates. Online content is delivered through UMD’s online learning environment.

Learning Outcomes

After completing the GC-Leadership in Diverse Organizations, students should be able to:
