University of Maryland System employees must receive authorization from their home institution. Additional information on tuition remission can be found on the University Human Resources website

Terp Young Scholars will run 100% online for summer 2020 and the new Online Program Package fee has been considerably discounted.

Terp Young Scholars will not be awarding any scholarships for summer 2020.

The Terp Young Scholars program is supported by several partners who share our mission to help high schools students navigate the college experience through early exposure to rigorous academic coursework. These partners include foundations, community-based organizations, and school systems.
