Terp Scholars- Online features interactive afternoon virtual activities that provide a glimpse of UMD’s rich student life. Mentors are UMD undergraduate degree-seeking students selected for their campus leadership and problem-solving skills. Mentors are a resource accessible to students during the program and support students in a range of methods, from virtual mentor drop-in hours to answering questions about the program and student life.
Learn Your UID
- This 9-digit University Identification Number is associated with your student record and is what faculty and staff use to access your record in any UMD system. Always include this number when communicating with faculty or staff.

Conduct Referral Process
Anyone may refer a student, student organization, or student group suspected of violating the Terp Scholars-Online Code of Student Conduct. Written referrals are required. Program staff review all referrals for reasonable cause based on evidence. If found true, such a referral would result in sanctioning. Retaliation against anyone for reporting an alleged violation of the Code of Student Conduct is strictly prohibited. Those who retaliate may be subject to disciplinary action. Anyone referring a student, student organization, or student group suspected of violating the Terp Scholars-Online Code of Student Conduct, may remain anonymous; however, anonymity may limit the University’s ability to investigate and respond to a complaint.
