| Make your summer count! Summer Term offers over 1,700 courses available morning, afternoon, evening, and online during three-week or six-week sessions. Courses are open to current Maryland students, students attending other colleges and universities, international students, high school students, professionals, and life-long learners. | The University of Maryland is pleased to offer free online courses in collaboration with Coursera, an online education platform. These non-credit interactive courses, taught by Maryland faculty, will be available in early 2013. Freshmen who accept spring admission to Maryland can enroll in this fall semester extension program, earn up to 17 credits toward their undergraduate degree, and get on track to graduate in four years. | Get ready for college—while you’re in high school!
